At Hi Q Collective, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Physical Returns Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns. All orders are fulfilled directly by our suppliers, and we are unable to accept returned merchandise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at toolgirl71@gmail.com. Please include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • The issue

We will review your request and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Store Credit For all other return requests (e.g., change of mind, sizing issues), we offer store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Non-Eligible Items The following items are not eligible for refunds or store credit:

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery date
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Swimwear and undergarments
